STEP 1: Wash feet and thoroughly dry
STEP 2: To open booties, pull apart the seam along the top of the booties.
STEP 3: Slip one foot into each bootie and securely close at the ankle for a snug fit
STEP 4: Remove booties after 30 minutes and discard.
STEP 5: Gently massage remaining treatment into feet.
