FREE PUBLIC WI-FI
Wi-Fi is available to patrons of Prairie Mall throughout the Centre. Access is available through personal hand-held devices and tablets/laptops, as there are no designated stations for such access. We ask patrons be responsible in their use and must follow Terms and Conditions for continued access.
LOST AND FOUND
If you have lost an item that you believe occurred during your shopping experience at Prairie Mall, Security detail is present on site that monitors all lost and found items when reported missing. Contact the Mall Administration office and if nobody is available at the time, leave a message complete with your name and contact information and security will be notified to contact you to assist.
FAMILY CHANGE ROOM
Prairie Mall incorporates a Family Change Room near Centre Court to facilitate parents for diaper changes as well as nursing needs.

CANADA POST OUTLET AT SHOPPER'S DRUG MART
For customer mail and packages services, Canada Post services are available in Shopper's Drug Mart on the southwest corner of Prairie Mall.
MALL WALKING
If you are looking for a safe, dry environment to routinely walk for exercise, Prairie Mall entrance doors are open to the public at 8am Monday through Saturday. With merchants opening their individual doors to the public at 10am, this provides two hours of uninterrupted walk time on those days. One complete lap through all the corridors of the Shopping Centre is roughly equivalent to a kilometer and takes approximately 10-12 minutes to complete for the average walker.
ATM ACCESSIBILITY
There are four ATM stations throughout the Prairie Mall for quick access to cash. ATM's are privately operated and can be found in the common hallways by Lululemon (north), Food Court ( centre of the mall by Jugo Juice), Chatters (south) and Tommy Guns Barber Shop (south). That Prairie Mall is not responsible for an discrepancies or errors that occur while using the ATMs.
