Written during the lockdowns of 2020, The Salty She: Musings on Embracing the Sacred Wild Within is a poetic memoir of one woman's journey to the wild self lying within each of us. At times a tumultuous ride, she encountered everything from anger, passion and heartbreak to grief, joy and ultimately, contentment. She finally realized that the answer to every question lies within each of us, and that finding the pure Divine Love inside is the key to unlocking the world. Over the course of one brief season, the author discovered for herself that healing is the ultimate act of self-love, and only when you actively look within, can you project that love you find for yourself out into the world, creating a ripple effect for all lives you touch.
