Dr. Abigael Melissa Rose, an up-and-coming criminal psychiatrist, is hired to evaluate a man with an unstable personality. That man, a self-titled surgeon, is Dr. Corey Theodore Laenz. As the sessions progress, Dr. Rose begins to question her personality and possible safety.
