The Pathfinder Drill and Ceremonies Manual is written for the South Eastern Conference in Florida. Four years of working with a handful of Pathfinders has culminated in this majestic effort to the glory of our Savior, Christ Jesus. Use this manual to teach US Army drill and ceremonies techniques. Some Pathfinder Standards, changes to the Army techniques, have been developed and implemented for a specific reason and with purpose. Pathfinders are encouraged to read and know this manual frontwards, backwards, and sideways and review it annually. An educated Pathfinder is one who has knowledge to pass along to others. Teach using this manual and don't just rely on memory. Educate, train, practice-practice-practice, rehearse, and then perform. Be the leader that others need – be the leader that maybe you needed early on.
