Belinda Conniss, author of Sad, Lonely & A Long Way From Home and Secrets & Lies, both autobiographical, has put together some heartfelt thoughts through poetry in the hope of inspiring others to put the past to bed. Many of Belinda's poems are from personal experiences and some are simply thoughts that may be beneficial to others. The poem 'Father's Day Again' Belinda wrote back in 2014. This was her first ever poem and is dedicated to her father who, by the time she tracked him down, sadly had already passed away.
