Swedish craft paper, one of the most valuable of the heavier wrapping papers, can be manufactured at a good profit from this material that is now going to waste. The plan outlined for Canada includes a demonstrating plant for treating jack pine paving blocks and sample pave ments will be laid in the larger cities to show the public the utility of this much despised timber.
