- How to apply: Using light pressure, start by applying at the arch and work towards the end of the brow. Next, fill in the front of the brow. Warm up pencil on the back of your hand before use. Blend as you go for a natural finish. Sharpen to a fine-tip for precise application. Use light pressure when applying.
