- Shake well before using. For convenient dosing, use pre-measured dose cup. Adults: 30 mL (2 tablespoons). Children: 10 to 14 years: 15 mL (3 teaspoons), 5 to 9 years: 7.5 mL (1 ½ teaspoons), 3 to 4 years: 5 mL (1 teaspoon). For children under 3 years, consult a physician. Repeat above dosage every ½ hour as needed to a maximum of 8 doses in a 24-hour period. Do not exceed 8 doses in 24 hours. Drink plenty of clear fluids to help prevent dehydration, which may accompany diarrhea. Do not take continuously for more than 2 days for diarrhea and more than 14 days for upset stomach except under the advice and supervision of a doctor.
