She has lived in seven states but currently resides in Oklahoma near her daughter and other family. She has written several books including a collection of travel stories "Gate to Gate Trilogy," a children's book about her rescue cat "A Home For Molly," and a mystery novella "Serenity Secrets." In 2022 she published her first devotional book "A Life of Devotion."
