When five kids--Alex, Chester, Vanessa, Miles, and Ethan-- stumble upon a mysterious alien ship which crash lands in their town, they are thrust into a secret war against body-snatching DNAliens with only one weapon at their disposal: the Animawatch, which grants them the ability to become any animal they scan using it.
