- 1. Remove peel strip from adhesive. 2. Position elasticized cup end of guard to the back of a pair of close-fitting underwear. The front end of the guard should be even with the front waistband. 3. Press guard into underwear, adhesive side down. Adjust for comfort. Chage as often as needed. 4. Pull underwear into place and adjust guard so that it cups the testicles. 5. Change as often as needed.
