Time is running out.
Lowly worker Edwin saves a man's life. As thanks, he's promoted to the second-highest class in his bunker community, where he can live the simple, secure life he's always wanted by dedicating himself to squashing the rebellion that terrorizes their ranks.
However, there's a problem: the life support systems begin to fail, and their survival depends upon fixing them, for their leader, Samuel, insists that the air outside is unfit for life.
As factions fight for the right to step outside the bunker, Edwin is caught among class warfare that threatens to bring the community to its knees. He must choose to side with the rebels and give the bunker a chance at survival, or pledge loyalty to a manipulative government that's been kind to him, despite its history of mutilating workers into submission.
One thing is certain: if both sides can't agree on a solution, everyone will die.
