Manic Panic Flash Lightning Bleach Kit can be used before any Manic Panic semi-permanent hair colour to pre-lighten and ensure you get the most intense colour. One bleaching kit is enough product for short hair up to approximately 4 inches in length. Multiple kits may be required for longer hair. Everything you need to lighten your hair!
