- Swallow or chew 1 Dairy Digestive Ultra Fast Acting caplet with the first intake of dairy food. The amount of this product needed depends on the amount of lactose in the food you eat. Start with 1 caplet and adjust up or down to find your personal need. Do not use more than 2 caplets at any one time. If you continue to eat dairy foods after 30-45 minutes, taking an additional caplet is recommended. Dosage: 1 caplet 1-3 times per day.
- Medicinal Ingredients: Lactase (Aspergillus flavus var. oryzae) 9,000 FCC acid lactase units per caplet. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium, Crospovidone, Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate.
