Rarity's younger sister, Isabel, gets mixed up with a vampire that puts all of their lives in danger. When her bad decisions come back to bite them, Rarity ends up losing the two people that mean the most to her. After killing an elder, she's on the run and ends up in a small town called Havencrest where she meets Almaz and is instantly drawn to him. Almaz being the Alpha of the Steele pack, he has certain standards to uphold-one being that he has to mate with a werewolf his parents set up for him before their deaths. Everything is on track until he saves a stranger in the woods, and she ends up capturing his heart.
