- Use the corns remover preferably on wet feet. Lay the callus remover flat on the area you want to trim using very light, repeated rubbing movements on the surface. Be careful not to make many strokes over the same area. After use, rinse the corns cutter with hot water and dry it thoroughly. Change the corns cutter blade. Remove the old blade from its housing by pushing the plunger back towards the handle. Replace a new blade in the housing. Insert the housing into the appliance, pressing down to bend the blade and locking it in place by pulling the handle all the way back.
