The Communication Skills Workbook contains five seperate sections. In each, the participants will learn more about themselves as well as the impact of effective and ineffective communication skills. These sections serve as avenues for individual self-reflection, as well as group experiences revolving around identified topics of importance. Each assessment includes directions for easy administration, scoring and interpretation. In addition, each section includes exploratory activities, reflective journaling activities and educational handouts to help particpants discover their habitual, ineffective methods of communication with others and to explore new ways for enhancing interpersonal communication.
