This book constitutes the proceedings of the 30th International Conference on Collaboration Technologies and Social Computing, CollabTech 2024, held in Barcelona, Spain, during September 11-14, 2024.  The 12 full papers and 10 short papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 85 submissions.
