Clusters attract quite some interest. One of the highlights of recent research was the Fullerene C60, which received attention even from the press media. A great amount of work has been carried out lately and numerous research papers have been published on the synthesis and reactivity of clusters. However, this book is the first to be appropriate for disseminating and especially for teaching this contemporary topic. It was written for senior undergraduate and postgraduate students.
