The words of an old hymn written in ages past by a precious blind woman of God named Fanny Crosby have always been one of my favorite worship songs. They could well be the subtitle of my life for the chorus says... "This is my Story, This is my Song..." Yes, this is MY STORY and I am praising my Savior all the day long as it was He who brought me out of the miry clay and set my feet on the Rock to stay. Jesus said, "Ye have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you!" Just knowing this has been a great blessing through the long life and ministry God has given us. I will never question that my bride, Glenyce, and I were 'CHOSEN IN HIM' before the foundation of the world so I have never questioned His eternal love since my childhood. I have not always met up to His eternal standards, but always have strived to please my Jesus and sought Him in repentance whenever I have strayed away from His love. As our lives and ministry wind down to their end, it is joy to know that we will be among that great number spoken of in Revelation 17:14. "The Lamb shall overcome them, for He is Lord of lords and King of kings; and they that are with Him are called, and CHOSEN and faithful!" I trust this OUR STORY will be a blessing to your own life.
