Cleanse and dry your skin thoroughly before applying. To properly adhere, skin should be free of oil based products, moisturizers, powders and perfumes. Peel one side of the adhesive backing, position in desired area of the inner thigh, and remove remaining adhesive backing, gently smooth with your fingertips. Repeat steps with other leg. To remove, gently peel off, starting from top to bottom. Remove from dry skin only.<br><strong> Warnings</strong></br>Do not use this product on sensitive skin, open cuts, and on sun burned skin, or if you have a family history of skin disorders. We recommend that you perform a skin test before wearing this product. If you experience itching, burning, rash, hives or any other discomfort, immediately remove. Do not wear overnight.
