This Report represents the efforts of the NEJAC on the topic of Advancing Environmental Justice through Pollution Prevention to identify and discuss the myriad of opportunities in applying pollution prevention to benefit environmental justice communities. Aspects of the issues related to the relationship between pollution prevention and environmental justice are covered in a consensus report. The individual perspectives of each of the four stakeholder groups - communities, tribes, business & industry, and government- are also contained in this Report.
