Lou Dillon was found running around loose in Watts, Los Angeles, during a torrential rainstorm. The police officers who were came out that day to help him called the people who run Hanaeleh, a local horse rescue, and asked if he could stay with them. Although he was scared at first, Lou Dillon found a safe, loving home at Hanaeleh.
