Berla Biskadoo is a sweet little girl with a charming smile and a blond head of curls. She charms adults with her seemingly cooperative ways, but terrorizes those closer to her own age. When we first meet young Berla, she does not seem to see the error of her ways, but she learns a valuable lesson when she is given a dose of her own medicine.
