The biblical story of the young Daniel and of his three young Hebrew friends is a paradigm for young boys (and girls) growing up in a society (the world) which is, in many ways, foreign to them as Christians.The young Daniel faces many profound challenges in his new environment but is consistently faithful to his God and our God's spiritual principles. The world loves him and in many ways is attracted to him, but Daniel always obeys God first, last, and always, as do his three friends. As a result, he is highly favoured of God.
