Highlighting Duo Pencil features a matte highlighter on one end and a shimmer highlighter on the other. Use the matte side during the day to create a soft highlight, and for evening looks, use the shimmer side to give eyes that soft, satiny glow. It’s formulated with vitamin E and features light-diffusing pigments that even skin tone.
- Includes both shimmer and matte finishes for versatility. The creamy formula glides on smoothly for easy application and blending. The non-wax formula delivers a soft, creamy texture. The wide side of the pencil perfectly fits the width of the brow bone. The tip of the pencil perfectly fits in delicate areas of the face. The multi-use formula can be used for brows, eyes, face, and lips. Camouflages stray brow hairs between waxing. Ideal for all skin types -- especially dry skin. Available in 2 shades.
- For the most natural look, first apply the shimmer end from the arch (middle part of brow) to the end of the brow. Then, apply the matte side from the beginning of the brow to the end of the brow. Use the flat side of Brush 20 to soften and blend edges, using short, downward motions. Blend with the spoolie brush for a natural-looking finish. Highlighting Duo Pencil can also be used to highlight and brighten by applying to the high points of the face. Apply to the upper cheekbone, bridge and tip of the nose, and cupid’s bow. Highlighting Duo Pencil can also be used on the eyes for quick, radiant look or as an eyeshadow base. Use the shimmer end to prime for metallic, shimmer or duo-chrome eyeshadows. Use the matte end to prime for matte eyeshadows.
