- Adults: Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications. Days 1 - 3: Take 2 capsules 3 times daily. Total 6 capsules daily. Days 4 & 5: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily. Total 3 capsules daily. For use beyond 8 weeks, consult a healthcare practitioner.
