This report presents results of a fiscal year 2016 RAND Project AIR FORCE add-on project. This project supports the 2016 Air Force Strategic Environment Assessment (AFSEA). The objective of this project was to generate a range of future projections to assist Air Force strategic planning in developing the AFSEA. Our focus was development of the different futures based on a collaborative workshop.
