OFFICIAL PROMOTION RULES: Unlock & Win!Promotion Period and SponsorThe Promotion begins at 11:00 AM Mountain Time on SATURDAY, AUGUST 22, 2026 (the "Promotion Starting Date") and ends at 3:00 PM Mountain Time on SATURDAY, AUGUST 29, 2026 (the "Promotion Closing Date"). For specific prize information, please see “Prizing” below. Prairie Mall employees, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and related companies, including but not limited to, advertising and promotional agencies (collectively the “Promotion Sponsors”), will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in Unlock & Win! or any prize awarded. The Promotion is not open to employees, representatives, and agents of PRAIRIE MALL AND MERCHANTS (collectively the “Event Sponsors”) or employees of any retailer located in the Event Venue or the Event Sponsors’ affiliated companies, advertising, and promotional agencies. Promotion entrants are deemed to have accepted the rules set out below (the “Promotion Rules”), which are subject to change without notice, and automatically release the Promotion Sponsors and any other person or entity associated in any way with the Promotion, all of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents and their respective advertising and promotional agencies, from any and all liability arising in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, the selection of the prize winners and the administration of the associated promotion. By participating in the Promotion, all entrants accept the Terms and Conditions of the following Promotion Rules and agree to be bound by them.EligibilityParticipants of all ages may participate in Unlock & Win!. Participants must be physically present at Prairie Mall to participate in the Promotion. Participants under the age of majority must have a parent or legal guardian present to claim a prize and complete any required prize acknowledgment or release on their behalf. You are not eligible if you are an employee, officer, director, agent, or representative of Sponsor, its affiliates (including parent, sister, related, and subsidiary companies), or other parties in any way involved in the development or administration of this Promotion, including advertising, promotional or public relations agencies, suppliers of materials or services related to the Promotion, or a member of the immediate family (spouse, including common law, parent, sibling or child, regardless of where they reside) or household member of any such employee, officer, director, agent or representative. Groups, associations, and entities cannot participate.How to ParticipateNo purchase is necessary. Participants may receive CHECK-IN! Passes by participating in the free Kindness Sticks activities at Prairie Mall during the Promotion Period and/or by making qualifying purchases at Prairie Mall on August 22 or August 29, 2026.CHECK-IN! Passes may be earned in the following ways:Kindness Sticks Activities (August 22 and August 29, 2026): Participants may create two Kindness Journals, one to keep and one to give to a friend, and may also create either two Friendship Bookmarks or two Friendship Keychains, again one to keep and one to give to a friend. Completion of the required activities qualifies the participant to receive one (1) CHECK-IN! Pass.Qualifying Purchases (August 22 and August 29, 2026, only): Participants may present same-day purchase receipt(s) from any Prairie Mall retailer to the Promo Team at Centre Court. Participants receive one (1) CHECK-IN! Pass for each $100 spent in qualifying purchases, up to a maximum of five (5) CHECK-IN! Passes for $500 or more in qualifying purchases per person per event day. Multiple qualifying receipts may be combined.A participant may receive CHECK-IN! Passes through both the free Kindness Sticks activities and qualifying purchases, subject to the applicable limits.CHECK-IN! Passes are issued by the Prairie Mall Promo Team and are required to participate in Unlock & Win!. Each pass may be presented to the Promo Team to determine whether it contains a winning identifier for a Mystery Key.Pass LimitParticipants may receive a maximum of six (6) CHECK-IN! Passes per person per event day: one (1) pass through completion of the Kindness Sticks activities and up to five (5) passes through qualifying purchases. CHECK-IN! Passes that are late, lost, stolen, illegible, damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled or incomplete, altered or otherwise irregular, mechanically reproduced, submitted using robotic, automated, programmed, unauthorized, prohibited or illicit means, contain false or invalid information, submitted on behalf of another person, or passes that do not conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions these Rules as determined by Sponsor (collectively, “ Ineligible and/or Invalid Passes ”), in its sole and absolute discretion, may be judged void. All passes become the property of the Sponsor upon receipt, and none will be returned.Mystery Key & Prize VerificationA limited number of CHECK-IN! Passes distributed during each event day will contain winning identifiers for Mystery Keys. Winning identifiers are predetermined and distributed randomly among eligible CHECK-IN! Passes. Participants who present a CHECK-IN! Pass will be advised by the Promo Team whether the pass contains a winning identifier. A winning pass will entitle the participant to receive the corresponding Mystery Key and unlock the designated mystery prize locker. One (1) Grand Prize winning pass will be available each event day and will be distributed during the applicable event day. The odds of winning a Mystery Key or Grand Prize depend on the total number of CHECK-IN! Passes distributed and the number of winning passes available.PrizesUp to eighty (80) regular mystery locker prizes and two (2) Grand Prizes are available to be won:1. Grand Prize: Two (2) Grand Prize packages, one available to be won on August 22, 2026 and one available to be won on August 29, 2026. Each Grand Prize package includes one (1) iPad, one (1) set of AirPods, one (1) stylus pen, one (1) backpack and one (1) Prairie Mall Gift Card, for an approximate total value of $1,200 per package.2. Mystery Locker Prizes: Regular mystery locker prizes may include Prairie Mall Gift Cards, retailer gift cards, retailer merchandise, back-to-school supplies, promotional merchandise and other prizes selected by Prairie Mall. Individual prize values may vary.3. A CHECK-IN! Pass that does not contain a winning identifier does not receive a Mystery Key or mystery locker prize. Participation in the Kindness Sticks activities and/or qualifying purchase may still provide the participant with the related campaign benefit or activity materials.Prizes are subject to availability and are not cashable, negotiable, transferable, or exchangeable. If the prize option is unavailable, for whatever reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal value in consultation with the winner. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, exchanged, combined, or used in concert with another contest or another offer. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to verify if Contest winners satisfy all Contest admissibility criteria. Winners may also be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question. The Contest Sponsors’ rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the promotion and the awarding of prizes.ReleaseBy participating in the Promotion, entrants release and hold harmless the Promotion Sponsors, their advertising and promotional agencies, their affiliates and respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assign from any liability in connection with this Promotion or, if declared a winner, the prize. Before being declared a winner, entrants may be required to sign and return, within a stipulated period, a declaration of compliance with the Promotion Rules and a full liability and publicity release. By accepting a prize, winners’ consent to the use of their name, place of residence, voice statements and photographs, or other likenesses for publicity, advertising, or informational purposes in any medium or format without further compensation or notice. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrant. This Promotion will be run in accordance with these Promotion Rules, subject to amendment by the Promotion Sponsors. Contestants must comply with these Promotion Rules and will be deemed to have received and understood the Promotion Rules by participation in the Promotion. The terms of this Promotion, as set out in these Promotion Rules, are not subject to amendment or counter-offer, except as set out herein. Any dispute relating to the Promotion (including, without limitation, a dispute as to whether an entrant has complied with all of the Official Rules and Regulations) shall be resolved by the Promotion Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion.
